How do I add a widget link from Amazon or EBay to my hubpage?
68Step one: sign-up Amazon or Ebay affiliate ID
How to get an Amazon affiliate ID or EBay affiliate ID, please reference to the Frequent ask questions(FAQ),
You have to sign-up for the Amazon Associate program by visiting Amazon.com, You'll be asked to fill out information about yourself, such as name, address, payment information. You'll also be asked what your site - in this case, HubPages - is about. The entire process is very quick.
Like the Amazon program, you'll need to visit eBay to sign up for their affiliate program. Once again, you'll be asked quite a few questions, but they're easy to answer.
If you have already an Amazon Affiliate ID or EBay Affiliate ID, then go to step two.
Step two: Add your Affiliate ID to Your Hubpages Profile
Once you've been assigned an ID, simply add it to your HubPages profile so you can begin earning commissions immediately.
Go to your profile (by clicking "My Profile" tab at up right corner of your explorer window), then select "Edit Profile"(see picture above), then click "Affiliate settings" to open a new page, then you can fill in you affiliate ID in a form.
Step Three: Add Revenue Capsule to Your Hub
Now you can add Amazon or EBay widget to your hub. Actually you don't need to copy and paste widget HTML code from their website by yourself, all you need to do is just to drag and drop eBay or amazon icon to you capsule ordering module, or just click on the icon.(see illustration above), then click "Reorder Now", You can edit you amazon capsule just like editing other capsules to optimise it.
But, Amazon or eBay capsule may not display any advertisement items automatically.
Now all stuff will automatically be added to you hub, then your revenue will roll in to you account like tsunami!

Still after more than 2 years you are still helping people with this hub. Thank you for that. I still have a query qith regards to the Amazon link. When I enter the urls for the specific products I want to sell from Amazon I notice only the ASIN number of the product shows up and I don't see any sign of my Amazon affiliate ID in the code I pasted into the url window. So how do I get paid if my affiliate ID is being discarded?
Many thanks for the clear explanation.
Thank you for this clear explanation, Jim!
Warm regards...C.E. Grant
Thanks that was so helpful!
Where is the "Capsule Ordering Module" on my hub page?
Great hub! I wrote on that is similar but also explains a little about how to set up your capsules etc. Check it out and I hope it helps!
Thanks but the similar serious problem is unsolved that if someone have google ads on hub pages then can he/she display amazon ads
Thank you. I have been a bit confused.
Thanks.
Hey thanks for this hub, I was really confused by the whole affiliates thing, and this is the only article on the subject I truly understood. I like how you added the photos too. Again- much thanks.
thanks alot that was very helpful.
Thank you! I found your answer when I went to HubPages help. Thank goodness it was there. Appreciate your taking the time to post it for us. :)
:) Thanks for the help
:) Thanks for
:) Thanks
Hi Jim, I'm still having problems adding amazon content to my hubs. can you possibly take me step by step from beginning to end? I tried following the earlier instructions (but I'm a web dumb dumb, so didn't play out well)
Thanks for your time :)
This was helpful, I will try it on my next hub. Can you do this on existing hubs you have already created? Thanks so much!!!
Thank you so much. Tons of help.
That's what I understood from a previous hub... That seems counter-productive to me.. Perhaps someone could shed some more light on this...
I like the hub but I'm not sure how it works with Google.. Isn't it true that Google won't track your page if it has Affiliates links to it?
Just a question about Amazon Affiliate ID: If I already have one linked to my website, do I need to apply again for HubPages or can I use the same ID. Not clear on that.

Hi, Sprit Whisperer. I deleted Amazon links in my hubpages, and will not add amazon capsule in my new Hubpages, because now I am believing less is more.
You seem have raised a quite serious question in the comment, and I would like to ask you to put it forward to hubpage Admin or Amazon affiliate, because I checked the Amazon product link, it shows up the hubpage-20 instead of my Amazon affiliate ID dalrbook-20.
I am not sure technically if this is a problem, if anybody who have knowledge please shed lights on this issue.
